FAQs

We know that there are always questions when visiting a new church. Here are the answers to the ones we get the most often!

  • How does check-in and pick-up work?

If you’re new, enter the main doors and look to your left where you will see the BIG RED DESK for Kids Check-In where one of our volunteers will be ready to get your kids registered the first time. If you would like to make this process a bit quicker, click the link below to set up your family profile in our system before you come.

After your first visit, you will use your telephone number to check in your child on your own at any of the available iPad kiosks. (Birth through Pre-K or K-5th Grade). At check-in, you will receive a name tag for your child to wear and a parent pick-up tag for you to keep. Those tags both have the same identification code on them that is exclusive to your family that day. After service, you will return to your child’s area with your parent pick-up tag and show that your tag’s code matches your child’s name tag in order for your child to be released back to you. If we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the two lower screens in the Worship Center.

  • What safety measures do you have in place?

Our first and highest priority is every child’s safety. Every single one of our volunteers submits to a thorough background check and we train and orient all of our volunteers about safety and security protocols. We also have multiple security volunteers that are stationed throughout the building.

  • How will my kids learn?

We believe that church should be fun for people of any age! In each setting, we use technology, fun activities, skilled volunteers, and small groups so children experience for themselves who God is, how He sees them and how much He loves them.
